A weekly gathering in the Chapel where parents pray for our students, our teachers, and our school community—together.
Parents in Prayer
Parents in Prayer is a weekly space within Robinson School’s Seeds of Faith initiative where families gather to pause, reflect, and pray for their children, their teachers, and our wider school community. Hosted through the Spiritual Life program—and often featuring special sessions presented by Seeds of Faith—this gathering is simple by design: a steady rhythm of encouragement, shared intentions, and quiet strength for the week ahead. It’s a place to remember that no one is parenting alone, and that faith can be practiced not only in big moments, but in the faithful habit of showing up, together.
What Sets Us Apart
Hospitality for diverse backgrounds
Keep it Christ-centered but welcoming: simple language, no pressure to pray out loud, and bilingual options when helpful.
Pair the gathering with a weekly Monday micro-reflection.
Seeds of Faith already shares short “start-of-week” reflections—connect them to Parents in Prayer as a 60–90 second prayer prompt for families who can’t attend, and as a simple takeaway for everyone.
Consistency matters more than a “big event”
The power is in the rhythm. Better a small faithful group weekly than a large crowd once a semester—trust and culture change grow through consistency.
